This piece is directly inspired by The Handmaid's Tale by Margaret Attwood and was done in response to the overturning of Roe V Wade in 2022. A decision that has and will have terrible consequences for women's healthcare and bodily autonomy in the US. As women's rights are steadily attacked and eroded there will be a reckoning. In the meantime we live by the adage ; Don't let the bastards grind you down!
